We're hiring one reliable, sharp appointment setter to join Ground Up Solutions. We're a bilingual marketing company that helps construction businesses (mostly in the U.S. and Canada) get steady leads, build their brand, and grow without chaos. This is a remote role, and the work you do will directly free up time for us to grow the business. You'll play a big part in making sure no leads get left behind and that our clients only meet with serious, qualified homeowners.
You’ll be reaching out to new leads as soon as they come in (ideally within 5–10 minutes), qualifying them based on clear criteria, and booking appointments with the right people. Some appointments will be Zoom, others in-home. You’ll also be managing follow-ups and making sure everyone’s on the same page.
We're not looking for someone who just wants to collect a paycheck. We're looking for someone who:
- Speaks fluent Spanish and English
- Follows up without being told
- Is comfortable speaking on the phone and naturally builds rapport
- Can handle conversations with homeowners (sometimes skeptical, sometimes excited)
- Is familiar with basic tools like WhatsApp, Google Calendar, CRMs (GoHighLevel experience is a plus but we'll still train you)
- Wants to grow and possibly either become a closer or manage other setters down the line
- Is organized, responsive, and keeps good notes
Call every lead within 5–10 minutes of their inquiry and qualify/disqualify them based on specific criteria.

Book, cancel, or reschedule appointments for our clients using tools like GoHighLevel to ensure no opportunities slip through the cracks.

Provide timely updates on lead activity, appointments, and any other relevant information.

Reach out to no-shows or previously missed leads to re-engage and reschedule appointments.

Assist in implementing feedback and improving processes for better results.
